FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining maximum distance between the ends of growing epithelial layer at the fourth day when the distance corresponds to 1-9 mm. Treatment is carried out with fibrinolytic preparations and interferon inductor applied when fibrinous exudate on the corneal stroma surface is available. Veil presence or absence defined as early veil is diagnosed after complete cornea epithelialization takes place.
