ANCHOR SOCKET Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: construction work for prestressing of high-strength fixtures in process of manufacture of reinforced structures. SUBSTANCE: tubular frame of anchor socket has circular ribs on outside to transmit load on concrete and has internal thread in section between them for connection with passage former on side opposite to bearing plate. Plate has recess in end face to accommodate pulling anchor and passage communicating with space of tubular frame outside recess outline. Holes to fix anchor socket are made over perimeter of bearing plate. Circular ribs have diameter equal or diminishing by 5.0% as minimum in direction from bearing plate which supporting area exceeds that of circular rib located in front of it. Frame and bearing plate can be cast monolithic from steel or pig iron. EFFECT: increased functional reliability and decreased labor input in manufacture. 3 dwg
