FIELD: construction of industrial objects and civil structures in zones of intensive seismicity. SUBSTANCE: structure is characterized by the following parameters: supporting plate on which upper surface, space rigid framework of structure is rigidly secured. Lower surface of supporting plate is made in the form of sphere smoothly conjugating with horizontal periphery part and located without burying, on compacted layer of fill. Center of gravity of structure and point of radius of sphere of external surface of supporting plate are located on the same vertical axis of symmetry; systems of dampers are made in thew form of circular closed noncommunicating with one another flexible vessels and secured to external surface of supporting plate. Vessels are filled with fluid medium up to their 60-65% capacities and serve as shock absorbers and dampers of vibrations. Application of structure makes it possible to redistribute seismic energy. Instead of breakage of members of structure units, seismic energy imparts to structure the momentum causing harmonic vibrations relative to symmetry vertical axis. Then due to this energy, vibrations of structure are intensively dampened and it is returned to initial position.
