METHOD OF DUMP FORMATION Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: opencast mining; used in formation of dump with use of motor transport. SUBSTANCE: in formation of dump, filling the dump tiers is combined. The first tier is filled by continuous concave front from the ramp to dump in direction to opposite side. The second and further tiers are filled by concave front with break in center made for location of ramps to underlying adjacent tiers. Slip roads and platforms of joint of the second and next tiers are transferred with respect to point of ramps to dump radially from sides to center. Then truncated funnel-like space is formed and filled with rock by tiers from radially stretched adjacent platforms in direction of center of funnel-like space. EFFECT: provision of conditions for transportation of rocks over dump to point of dumping over the shortest path and formation of dump with minimum power consumption. 2 cl, 4 dwg
