FIELD: seismic prospecting, search for mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: process of seismic prospecting includes continuous profiling, excitation and registration of vibrations by interference systems with use of frequency filters, formation of interference systems of elastic waves which include secondary sources of pulse elastic vibrations as pulse radiators formed in upper part of geological medium by way of protracted action on it with external elastic field established by radiators of elastic vibrations with specified frequency and time sequence, determination of amplitude-frequency characteristic of system " radiator plate-upper part of medium " and spectrum of pulse signals of " unloading ", determination of frequency of radiation of signals of external elastic field under which frequency spectrum of signals of " unloading " of secondary sources corresponds to amplitude-frequency characteristic of system " radiator plate-upper part of medium ". Secondary source are arranged on excitation bases exceeding wave length and these bases are oriented along or perpendicular to profile. Distances between secondary sources should not exceed 1/2 wave length determined on frequency in extremum of amplitude-frequency characteristic of system " radiator plate-upper part of medium ". Elastic vibrations are recorded by groups of geophones and distances between them are calculated by frequency of extremum of frequency characteristic of system " radiator plate- upper part of medium " and values of apparent velocity of loci of waves with minimum distance of channel from source and anticipated angle of inclination of boundaries in medium.
