FIELD: redundant systems for counting and processing of digital information. SUBSTANCE: device provides self test of state in all bits which are designed as flip- flops using majority gates. State of flip-flops is restored using first and second AND gates by periodic signal from pulse generator. If fault occurs in a flip-flop between two adjacent pulses which are generated by pulse generator, AND gates receive true information which provides data for recovery of state in error flip-flop. This results in possibility to switch counter into true state on any error. EFFECT: increased reliability due to increased stability to noise. 1 dwg
