FIELD: computer engineering, in particular, redundant systems for processing of pulse codes, devices for analysis and comparison of pulse sequences. SUBSTANCE: device checks state of reverse counters of each channel using first and second majority gates 1 and 11. When negative or positive fault information is detected in reverse counters 5-7 for more than M channels (M is majority number, M = (m+1)/2), then first or second majority gate generates signal for clearing reverse counters in order to compensate fault. This results in fact that device switches to initial condition after any fault and arbitrary condition of memory gates. EFFECT: increased reliability, increased stability to noise. 1 dwg
