FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: sour contains biologically active substances, mycillia of microscopic mushrooms, macro- and micro-elements. Sour is used in mixed feeds at humidity of vegetable raw material 45-75%, at temperature 40-80 C, and ageing of feed for 6-12 h under these conditions. Sour increases food value of coarse fodder by 80-100%, starchy and sugary feeds, by 15-20% and enriches feeds by vitamins B, D, PP, K, E, H, and aromatic substances.
