FIELD: feed production industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes introducing into feed of vitamin-pigmenting additive, wherein as additive protein-vitamin concentrate from alfalfa juice and pumpkin pulp in equal mass parts is used. Said additive is obtained by fermentation with cultural liquid of lactic acid bacteria at concentration of 0.1-0.3 % and is introduced into feed in amount of 3-5 % based on feed mass before feeding.
EFFECT: decreased cost of broiler chicken production; environment friendly feed; increased quality of chicken meat.
