FIELD: feed production industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes introducing into feed of vitamin-pigmenting additive, wherein as additive protein-vitamin concentrate from alfalfa juice and pumpkin pulp in equal mass parts is used. Said additive is obtained by fermentation with cultural liquid of lactic acid bacteria and conserved with benzoic acid in the next component ratio (mass % per 100 kg): cultural liquid of lactic acid bacteria 0.1-0.3; benzoic acid 0.2-0.3; and balance: protein-vitamin concentrate from alfalfa juice and pumpkin pulp, and is introduced into feed in amount of 3-5 % based on feed mass before feeding.
EFFECT: increased quality of chicken meat.
