FIELD: medicine, surgery of peptic ulcer. SUBSTANCE: method includes mobilization of resected part of stomach and duodenum; preservation of pyloric constrictor with neurovascular connections; conduction of distal end of stump through lumen of pyloric constrictor; performance of mucosectomy of initial part of duodenum and zone of pyloric channel with departure of 2-3.5 mm from stomach stump end; crossing of serous membrane and muscular layer by circular incision; displacement of muscular ring of pyloric constrictor to formed layers defect; fixing of constrictor with serous-muscular sutures; fixing of rear wall of gastroduodenoanastomosis to underlying tissues. Diameter of gastroduodenoanastomosis is twice as large as lumen of pyloric channel. EFFECT: optimal closing of lumen of pyloric channel. 7 dwg
