FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing serous membrane and muscular layer of the stomach from distal part of stomach stump on 3 cm long interval. Stomach segment having pylorus sphincter. Jejunum distal end anastomosis to the stomach stump is formed with pylorus sphincter having retained neurovascular connections included. The duodenum is excluded from digestion. The jejunum is fixed with sutures to the peritoneum of the posterior wall of the abdominal cavity on the 4-5 cm long interval distal with respect to gastrojejunal anastomosis. EFFECT: regular transfer of nutrient chyme from stomach stump to jejunum. 3 dwg
