FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out laparoscopic stomach resection retaining the pylorus untouched. Gastrogastric anastomosis is created. Seromuscular stomach layers are transected in proximal resection line vicinity. Mucosubmucous stomach layers are transected and sutured with some excess enough for forming anti-reflux valve. When building the anastomosis, the mucosubmucous stomach layers are sutured forming openings for receiving suturing apparatus branches in a way that mucosubmucous stump lengths become enough for forming the valve. After having sutured the mucosubmucous stomach layers, seromuscular stomach layers are sutured in anterior anastomosis lip vicinity hiding in this way mucosubmucous layer stumps.
EFFECT: high reliability of anti-reflux valve built in anterior anastomosis lip vicinity.
