FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with applying gastroduodenoanastomosis. Stomach is resected. One should form a tube out of the greater curvature of stomach at diameter being equal to that of duodenum. Serous-muscular sheath is separated in distal part of gastric tube to turn it away in proximal direction. One should cross both mucous and submucous foundations not reaching 0.2 cm to the edge of serous- muscular sheath. Duodenal serous-muscular sheath is cross-sectionally dissected being 0.3-0.5 cm distally against pylorus. Then one should cross submucous foundation together with mucous one being 0.2 cm proximally against the edge of serous-muscular sheath. Submucous foundations of gastric tube and duodenum are sutured. Serous-muscular fragment of gastric tube should be returned into natural position. Fragment's edge should be sutured to serous-muscular sheath of duodenal wall. The method provides the development of sphincter-like structure. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 2 dwg
