FIELD: orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: strong and reliable joint connection in neoarthrosis zone is obtained as follows. Bed for transplant on iliac bone above femur head is formed by osteotomy of external cortical layer of iliac bone, and transplant is fixed on bed. Autotransplant in the form of osteochondrous fragment is used as transplant. Osteochondrous fragment is excised from region of upper-rear section of cotyloid cavity and fixed in neoarthrosis region. Transplant is formed so that one of its sides has spongy surface and the other, chondral one for fixing of side having spongy surface to bed, with chondral surface of transplant turned to femur head.
