FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rod 8 is introduced under conditions anesthesia into region of proximal metaepiohysis of tibia and another rod, into distal fragment of fibula (external malleolus). Rods are fixed in reponing attachment. Rod is screwed in as far as it will go. Circular support, half-arcs and polyhedral plates are preliminarily fixed to rods. Kirschner needle is passed through calcaneus and secured in half-arc. After distraction performed by means of rods internal malleolus is fixed by rod 1. EFFECT: enhanced fixing stability, reduced traumaticity of soft tissues. 2 dwg
