SUBSTANCE: after fibular osteosynthesis one should carry out osteosynthesis of internal ankle or apply sutures onto deltoid ligament, affected shin-foot should be fixed with detachable orthesis, in which due to device for treating the lesions of mortise joint one should form separately upon three levels supporting fixative platforms simultaneously from both sides in area of foot, mortise joint, in proximal department of patient's shin after orthesis hardening a patient starts to walk at complete loading onto affected limb, orthesis should be temporary removed for joint's activity. In peculiar case, orthesis after liquidating the threat for of post-traumatic edema, fusion of articular capsule and broken articular ligaments, during the first consolidation of fractures should be shortened along rear and plantar surface of foot for free movement in mortise joint that restores intertibiofibular syndesmosis and articular function.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
