FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out open bone splitters reposition and their osteosynthesis. The injured foot-crus segment is fixed with boot-shaped gypsum bandage or with gypsum substitute bandage. The splitters are first fixed at the level of fracture with immersion osteosynthesis means. Fixing rest platforms are formed at three levels so that at least three fixing platforms not belonging to the same straight line in the plane of supposed bone fragment dislocation.
