FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treatment of eyes when extracting cataract to correct aphakia. In artificial crystalline lens, support members are executed in the form of two arcs with their basements located on anterior surface of optical part and fixed on its posterior surface by sphere-like bulges using through suture. Sphere-like bulges do not permit optical part to approach surface of posterior capsule of natural lens. Distance between artificial lens and posterior capsule enables laser discension of posterior lens capsule in the case of its opacity in postoperative period. EFFECT: increased centering of artificial lens and safety of patient. 2 cl, 3 dwg
