FIELD: treatment of neurological manifestation of osteochondrosis. SUBSTANCE: method consists in extension of cervical section of vertebral column in the course of 12 days with force growing from 2 to 8 kg and decreasing to 5 kg, time of extension not exceeding 12 min and simultaneous training of cervical muscles in the same mode. Device for method embodiment has armchair, vertical post with horizontal tie-rod and Glisson loop coupled to load platform. Spring member coupled to helmet which is provided with adjustable thrust areas is connected to horizontal tie-rod. Armchair is mounted on base for seat height adjustment.
