FIELD: agriculture, in particular, methods for producing isomerized hop extract used in veterinary science, feeding and food industries. SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of bitter, polyphenol and aromatic substances from hop, and, especially, from spent hop. The substances are extracted by hop boiling in aqueous solution with pH equals to 6-7 for not more than 60 min. Extraction of air fraction is carried out in rectified alcohol at temperature not higher 40 C. Mixing of fractions and the following their concentration under vacuum allows to bring content of dry substances up to 65%. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
