FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body, semiconductor radiators connected to electric supply and control circuit and permanent magnet which forms magnetic field in radiator irradiation zone. Permanent magnet is made in the form of one or several pairs of flat magnets opposite directivity of poles to patient's body in every pair. In this case, minimum sizes of operating surface of every magnet are at least three times as large as its thickness. Nonoperative surface of magnet carries magnetic circuit common to at least every pair. Combinations of radiator wave lengths are selected from number of biologically active ones from 400 to 1600 nm.
