FIELD: medicine instruments. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body, ring-type magnet, mounted in the body infra-red range emitting diodes, source of power and additionally introduced mounted in body light emitting diodes of red light, changeable diaphragm, one butt of which is fixed on body, with diodes located inside the diaphragm, outside other butt of which ring-type magnet is fixed on. Apparatus also has power amplifier, timer, control panel and mode indicator, that are connected according to circuit, that provides joint action on pathology locus of three factors simultaneously, that facilitates process of metabolism in tissues and healing process. Storage battery is used as source of power. Protecting scree is fixed around ring-type magnet. Stabilized power unit is additionally provided to charge storage battery and ensure apparatus operation from alternating current circuit. Use of changeable diaphragm allows to vary radiant emission of power and area of action on pathology locus. Apparatus is portable, has small dimensions and low weight.
