FIELD: surgery and immunology; applicable in treatment of immunodeficiency in case of experimental peritonitis. SUBSTANCE: during the first day magnet-laser treatment is carried out of region of thymus projection with wave length of 0.89 mcm, exposition of 5 min, frequency of 10 Hz, power density of 30 mW/sq.cm, magnetic induction of 35 mTs. During the next 5 days, treatment is carried out under the same conditions of the region of projection of crus bones to produce immunocorrection effect. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
