SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by conducting intensive therapy involving drug therapy. The therapy further involves a patient's crown exposure with an epicentre in the acupuncture point Pai Hui (VG 20) to infrared light generated by the IK-DIPOLE apparatus. The exposure is performed within the wavelength range of 1 to 56 mcm, at terahertz modulation and frequency peaks: 10.6 THz, 5.3, 0.2, 0.16, 0.087, 0.043, 0.09 THz. The maximum emission power is 30 mW at an emitter base of the area of 79 cm2. An emission density is 2.4 mW/cm2, and an exposure is 22.5 minutes. The treatment is started not later than 7 days after the moment of depression of consciousness after diagnosing. One procedure a day is required. The therapeutic course is 8-10 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides reducing the length of coma that enables starting rehabilitation actions earlier, improving the clinical effectiveness and reducing a risk of complications accompanying the course of treatment, and in the specific period - recurrent strokes, transient ischemic attack and Wernicke-Mann's pose formation.
