FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: during operation, physiological solution is introduced into abdominal cavity and is bubbled with ozone directly in abdominal cavity to reach therapeutic concentration. During postoperative period, ozonized physiological solution is introduced through drainage pipe located in the region of small pelvis 2 to 4 times a day and also intravenously in therapeutic concentrations for 8 to 10 days.
