SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urgent surgery. Intraoperatively, after nasogastrointestinal probe has been installed, intestinal contents were removed and probe was washed with a physiological solution, 200 ml of oxygenated abacterial river water with mineralization of 400–500 mg/dm³, containing molecular oxygen in amount of 25–30 mg/dm³. Sequentially they clamp probe for 60 minutes. Right gastro-omental vein is catheterized and catheter position in portal vein is controlled by portography. In postoperative period, 200 ml of oxygenated abacterial river water with a mineralization of 400–500 mg/dm³ are administered twice a day at intervals of 10–14 hours for 3–5 days on nasogastrointestinal probe, containing molecular oxygen in amount of 25–30 mg/dm³ Probe is clamped for 60 minutes after each administration of oxygenated abacterial river water. Enter for 3–5 days constantly drip on endoportal catheter meglumine sodium succinate 10 ml/kg per day, ciprofloxacin 400 mg per day and ademetionine 400 mg per day.

EFFECT: method allows to stop syndrome of intestinal failure in an earlier period in patients with diffuse peritonitis, shorten the period of nasogastrointestinal drainage and reduce related complications.
