FIELD: medical engineering; traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: tubular threaded connecting elements are positioned on supporting areas of body with alternating direction of thread. Connecting elements have also teeth-cutters on ends driven into rotary-translational motion through system of gearings. Rotation is imparted from setting device handle with nonius of immersion depth reading. Setting device is disconnected after endoprosthesis is installed and secured. EFFECT: execution of operation without hindrance under conditions of operative field narrowness and depth. 6 dwg
