FIELD: medical engineering; traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: body has central through hole and treaded through holes positioned on supporting areas. Holes accommodate threaded couplings which carry polyhedral moving rods with limiters of longitudinal motion and threaded coupling member with rotary elements. The latter are rotated through system of gears from auxiliary coupling device which is removed after endoprosthesis is secured. EFFECT: improved convenience in operation, enhanced reliability of endoprosthesis attachment. 6 dwg
