Holes accommodate connecting members with pointed slotted dowels tapered in different directions and kept in cocked state by springs. Edges of turning distance-release ring are rotated till recesses are aligned with contour of holes. Press-fitted toothed rim engages gear of setting device to be connected for time of operation performance and to be removed after endoprosthesis is secured.
