SUBSTANCE: vertebral endoprosthesis has a body performed as intermediate coupling with stopper screws and an opening with multidirectional thread and connective elements for fixation. Connective elements are designed as flat dowels with unidirectional sharpening, they are situated at the edges of supporting sites and covered with protective tips which have incisions for dowels. Stopper screws are situated at the one side of a coupling. EFFECT: higher efficiency of spinal therapy.
