FIELD: biochemistry, immunology. SUBSTANCE: sera obtained from multigravida women peripheral blood and containing polyspecific anti-HLA-antibodies are precipitated with ammonium sulfate (33% of saturation). Precipitate is removed, dissolved in buffer solution, pH = 7.2, dialyzed and EDTA and glucose are added at concentrations 0.7-0.9% and 2-5%, respectively, followed by sterilization and lyophilic drying. Method ensures to obtain a preparation of immunoregulatory globulin that shows modulating (suppressing) effect on immunocompetent cells and able to store for 6 months without inactivation.
