SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a human gamma-globulin fraction (GGF) for the pre-conceptional prevention of congenital heart defects in the next generation, involving sampling donor blood from women with more than two relatively healthy children and no history of reproductive losses and birth of children with congenital malformations and developmental anomalies, method of affinity chromatography of blood serum using a mobile phase of 20 mM buffers K₂HPO₄/KH₂PO₄, pH 8.0 on a low-pressure chromatograph BioLogic, BioRad, USA to obtain FGG, using electrophoresis in 4.12% polyacrylamide gel in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS-PAGE) to assess the purity of the recovered FGG and a method for assessing the effect of FGG on membrane expression of HLA-G and HLA-DR on allogenic lymphocytes of children with and without congenital heart defects in relatively healthy children using flow cross-match cytofluorimetry, obtained FGG is able to block membrane expression of HLA-G and HLA-DR on allogenic lymphocytes of children with congenital heart defects.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain human GGF, which enables to block separate links of pathogenesis of congenital heart defects.
