SUBSTANCE: invention concerns detecting of specificity activated lymphocytes at recipients or patients after transplantation of bodies or after contamination with pathogenic microorganism or vaccination. The way provides stages: a) dilution of an antigene or the antigenes, capable to activate the lymphocytes in an organism, with use of the environment in addition containing neutralised antibodies against cytokines, inducing cellular proliferation, and-or cytokines, capable to induce apoptosis of the mononuclear cells, b) suspension preparation of mononuclear cells with activated lymphocytes, c) incubation of antigene and suspension (stages a) and b), d) determination of presence an antigene-specific activated lymphocytes.

EFFECT: provision of timely diagnostics of tearing away at transplantation of body, detecting of infectious diseases, treatments at an early stage of disease, thereby reducing speed of contamination.
