FIELD: fire extinguishing equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has high-pressure drive unit adapted for supplying fire suppressing liquid. When fire is detected in section A, low-pressure liquid source 9,10 is connected with related section. Pressure of this liquid is used both for setting communication 11,12 through control valves from related section to discharge pipeline 5 of high-pressure drive unit prior to actuating this unit, and for cutting off connections of other sections from discharge pipeline 5. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced production cost due to employment of low-cost low-pressure valves in unit construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 10 cl, 4 dwg
