Second seat 23" of rim has generatrix, inner end of which, in axial direction, is located on circumference with diameter equal to diameter of circumference of which inner end of first seat 23', in axial direction, is located. Rim base 21 has no mounting chute. Wheel using such mounting rim and supporting ring holding pneumatic tyre cap is used for driving at low or zero pressure in pneumatic tyre.
