Support ring 3 supports thread 10 of pneumatic tyre 1 in case of wheel movement at abnormally deflated pneumatic tyre or on completely flat tyre. Mounting rim 1 has two seats 23' and 23". Seat 23' has generating line inclined outwards and extended axially outwards with projection, and second seat 23" has generating line inclined inwards and projecting outwards in axial direction by rib. Tyre 1 has meridional profile of carcass members 13 of radial type and sides 12' and 12".
