FIELD: ship repairing; design of technological tools for underwater cleaning of ship hulls by means of hydrodynamic and cavitating jets. SUBSTANCE: reaction-free underwater tool includes body connected with working fluid source by means of pipeline, pipeline for feeding the working fluid to working nozzle and counter-nozzle for reaction jet opposite to straight jet of working nozzle; counter-nozzle is formed by profiled shroud fitted with propeller provided with tail-piece and set in rotation by means of hydraulic motor. Tool is also provided with throttle valve for control of supply of working fluid to counter-nozzle and shut-off valve for discontinuation of working fluid supply from hydraulic source to working nozzle. Bucket-type hydraulic turbine provided with bowls and working fluid supply pipeline-pylons may be used as hydraulic motor. Pipelines-pylons are secured on additional pipeline located on opposite side relative to body with working nozzle. Profiled streamlined shroud may carry nozzles connected with passages of pipelines-pylons for supply of working fluid to bowls of hydraulic turbine; these bowls are secured on tips of propeller blades; they are movable in circular groove of profiled shroud. Besides, propeller tail-piece of such underwater tool may be provided with fairing. EFFECT: enhance reliability. 3 cl, 3 dwg
