SUBSTANCE: freezing unit has freezing molds arranged in fixed position within rotor, charging-discharge mechanism with drive chute, and product carrier with frame divided into cells and front spring-loaded wall with projection, which may be moved to overlap freezing mold during charging. Front wall is movable in vertical and horizontal plane. Product is supplied into freezing mold and subjected to two-dimensional compaction.
