FIELD: pulse equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has resistor 2, capacitor 4, NAND gate 6, inverter 5, second resistor 3. One terminal of resistor 3 is connected to inverted output of two- state unit 1. Another terminal of resistor 3 is connected to second terminal of capacitor 4. Output of gate 6 is connected to input of two-state unit 1. Second input of AND gate 6 is connected to first terminal of capacitor 4. Additional state of capacitor is introduced to accomplish goal of invention. EFFECT: possibility to detect spontaneous transition of flip-flop state. 1 dwg
