FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has receiving circuit 42 for reception and demodulation of high-frequency signal, microprocessor 44 which is connected to receiving circuit 42 for its switching on and off in given moments. In addition receiver 40 has extending chip 68, which is connected to microprocessor 44 and is controlled by it for establishing communication between them and further processing of high-frequency signal. Microprocessor 44 and extending chip 68 is achieved at first rate, when receiving circuit 42 is switched on, and at second rate when receiving circuit 42 is switched off.
