FIELD: telecommunications. SUBSTANCE: virtual cell is defined as region of given size which is formed virtually around mobile terminal for time when said mobile terminal transmits one packet. Virtual cellular network has group of ports, which are connected by means of port network for receiving up-link packets transmitted by virtual terminal, and port service node for choice of at least one redundant packets from at least one port within range of virtual cell. Port service node transmits packet to destination and transmits down-link packets to mobile terminals.
