FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: mineral applicator has seeding unit formed as spring 4 mounted on shaft 3, and sleeve 5 mounted within spring 4 on shaft 3 in spaced relation to shaft surface. Outer diameter of sleeve 5 is less than inner diameter of spring 4. During advancement of machine, such as cultivator, along field fertilizer is delivered so as to fill space between spring coils and conveyed by rotation of shaft 3 to adjustable discharge window 2 and further into pipeline. During operation of machine, position of sleeve 5 relative to inner diameter of spring is changed, and it begins to vibrate. As a result, compacted fertilizer layer in space between spring coils is destructed to provide uniform supplying of fertilizer to covering members.
