FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper with discharge window and seeding unit made in the form of spring mounted on shaft. Sleeve is located inside spring on shaft. Outer diameter of sleeve is less than inner diameter of spring. Two axially aligned coil springs are located in horizontal position inside hopper above spring. Each coil spring is composed of two equal parts with right-hand and left-hand coiling. Spring ends are rigidly attached to pins positioned for rotational movement. Such construction of apparatus prevents mineral fertilizer from sticking and arching in hopper. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency and improved embedding of fertilizer in soil. 3 cl, 1 dwg
