FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reservoir with adjustable discharge windows and seeding unit made in the form of spring mounted on shaft, on radial springy poles uniformly distributed lengthwise of shaft. Shaft is positioned within reservoir for axial reciprocation at variable amplitude. Shaft is equipped with regulator for changing of amplitude value.
EFFECT: improved quality of sowing mineral fertilizers.
