SUBSTANCE: method involves determining origin of care cleanings, environment losses in the process of development of tree stocks, presence of stable forms, races, kinds of species of natural restoration of forest crop environment, losses of tree stock in particular type of forest and its age, pathogene feeding base, categories of desiccation zones, coefficient value of actual stock of disease-receptive damp-soil trees per 1 hectare, actual number of disease-receptive damp-soil trees per 1 hectare, number of damp-soil disease-receptive trees growing in forest of predetermined type and age per 1 hectare, actual stock of damp-soil trees of all kinds per 1 hectare, number of actual stock of damp-soil disease-receptive trees per 1 hectare, number of damp-soil disease-receptive trees, number of trees of prevailing stratum, percentage of vital trees, stock of damp-soil trees of all kinds in plantations per 1 hectare, desiccation zone growth rate per 1 hectare, share of pathological forest debris by the number of trees, with all mentioned points being evaluated on marking principle; calculating virulence, aggressiveness and pathogenicity of disease activators on the basis of data obtained.
