SUBSTANCE: method includes registration of the first derivatives of pulsograms in two points of patient's radial artery; calculation of arterial pressure using the value of displacement between maximum amplitudes of the first derivatives. The device has the first and second optoelectronic transducers combined structurally into one transducer of information acquisition, the first and second amplifiers, the first and second differentiators, analog multiplexer, control unit, analog-digital converter, register, the first, second, third and fourth on-line memories, microprocessor and display. EFFECT: nonivasine and accurate measurement of arterial pressure and study of variation of hemodynamics. 5 dwg
