FIELD: medicinal equipment.
SUBSTANCE: at measuring arterial pressure one should place an inflatable measuring cuff upon a patient's limb. It is necessary to blow the cuff till the preset initial level of pressure, perform a gradual decrease of pressure in the cuff as descending plateaus of pressure. One should keep the pressure at every plateau for the period of measuring and registering the value for plateau pressure and amplitude of oscillatory signal in a measuring cuff; results of measurements should be kept in memory. One should repeat measurements and registration of the values till the moment of achieving the pressure at a plateau of certain established value. Then one should make a curve for the alteration of obtained amplitudes of oscillatory signal in the form of a "bell" followed by approximation with polynomials of 2...4 degree of its informationally important parts - the top, systolic and diastolic slopes. Then it is necessary to calculate true parameters of arterial pressure according to the results of "bell's" structure. In case of altered parameters of arterial pressure at every plateau of pressure one should register volumetric oscillatory signals and synchronous correcting signals. In case of observing, at least, two identical volumetric oscillatory signals at every plateau one should perform their bufferization, correction of the shape, compensation of signals' drifting and analysis of arterfacts. According to the results of analyzing correcting signals one should calculate amplitudal values of volumetric oscillatory signals and together with the values of plateau pressures fill in into the massive for building a "bell". At every plateau of pressures it is necessary to analyze a "bell" for the opportunity to finish a procedure of measuring the parameters of arterial pressure. The innovation enables to increase accuracy and noise-immunity in measuring arterial pressure.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of measurement.
