FIELD: medicine; surgery. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for application of anastomoses on digestive tract by means of magnetic rings. Rings made of magnetic material have flat operating surfaces and are cut into at least four sectors. Sectors are combined with magnetic-steel rings so that gap of 1.5 mm is formed between sectors. Every ring made of magnetic steel is 0.5 mm thick. It has holes for needles secured between holes. Length of needles does not exceed thickness of one ring made of magnetic steel. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of anastomosis, simplified construction, reduced weight. 2 dwg
