FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making incision in the anterior abdominal wall. Loop is applied to intestine at the place positioned proximal to the injured area. Loop ends are brought to the anterior abdominal wall outside the laparotomy wound. The loop ends are pulled to reach needed intestine lumen constriction. The loop ends are fixed on the skin. Injured intestine part perforation or anastomosis inconsistency occurred, anterior abdominal wall tissues are cut between the loop ends brought to the skin. The loop is tightened. The intestine is brought into the created wound. Two-lumen colostoma is formed. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications. 2 cl
